Avrio Advocati are delighted to welcome Guy Rulkin of Rulkin & Prs, Brussels to the Board of Avrio.

Guy holds a degree in law which he obtained “magna cum laude” from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2000, as well as a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England (LL.M. in International Commercial Law), in 2001. He has been a member of the Brussels Bar Association since September 2001. In 2010, Guy joined the Commission on Commercial Law at the Brussels Bar and also handles cases relating to distressed companies (University Certificate in Crisis Management, University Faculty of Mons, 2010). Finally, Guy holds a University Certificate in banking and financial law (Catholic University of Louvain, 2013).

When he is not working, Guy is a keen catamaran sailor and is passionate about both his family and the great outdoors.

Guy’s contagious enthusiasm for international legal matters was fully evident when he, jointly with fellow Board member Ana Rita Relógio, gave a highly informative presentation on “Avrio and Africa” at the recent Autumn conference in Lisbon.
