Avrio Advocati member firms are carefully selected by the Avrio Board as being prominent local firms of high quality with firsthand knowledge of all relevant business issues within their jurisdiction. This gives our members confidence in the referral of their clients to other Avrio members enabling them to offer high quality and cost effective, client-focused services on an international platform.

 

LEGAL ASSISTANCE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

If you need legal help anywhere in the world Avrio Advocati can help. We have trusted members in many of the European countries and a number of other places around the world such as Brazil, Hong Kong, Turkey and Canada. If we do not have representation in a country we can often still assist you. Though our network we make many contacts with lawyers around the world - we would be happy to provide you with a selection of non-members in the jurisdiction you require.

 

SEEKING ASSISTANCE FROM ONE OF OUR MEMBERS

If you would like to obtain legal assistance from an Avrio member click on the territory in the map on our home page for details of the member in the jurisdiction in which you require assistance. This will then direct you to the Avrio Member Law Firm within that territory and provide you with the website of the member firm as well as a contact name for the firm. When you make contact with the member, you should provide a brief overview of the area in which you require assistance. All information which you provide will be confidential and will not be used for any  marketing or other such purposes by either the member firm or by Avrio.

 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Our members are completely autonomous when deciding how much to charge a client. They set their own hourly rates according to market forces in their country and Avrio has no control over the fee you will be charged. Some of our lawyers will work on a fixed fee basis where they set out at the beginning the total overall charge and others will charge per hour for the entire transaction. Some will also offer a no win no fee arrangement, if you wish to set up such an arrangement you should tell the member at the earliest opportunity.

Avrio does not charge clients anything for the use of our service. We do not ask members to tell us what they have charged a client. Our members simply pay a fixed annual subscription fee to be part of our group. Therefore if you seek the assistance of our members you will not pay any more than if you went directly to the lawyer.

 

SEEKING HELP OUTSIDE THE AVRIO NETWORK

We have a large bank of contacts around the world who are not Avrio members for a number of different reasons. We occasionally refer work to these lawyers. We cannot say they are part of our group and we cannot verify their professional record. However if you need urgent help in a territory we do not cover, this may be an option you would like to consider.
