Mr. Kostadin Manev is working actively in the intellectual property field since 1993. He has establishing and since then managing “Manev & Partners” law firm. Accomplished a rich experience while practicing as a lawyer, patent attorney, lawyer at trademarks and designs, including being lawyer before OHIM and the European Patent Office. His professional focus is on protection of patents, trademarks, designs and other industrial property related objects, and associated with them administrative and civil judicial proceedings.

Mr. Manev perfectly combines the real practice and teaching lectures in international private law, intellectual property protection and licensing trade. With practice covering both, Bulgarian and European law practice as well as Central and Easter European countries, Russia and formal Soviet Union countries practice, he is a well-qualified professional. One of the main participants in the fight against counterfeiting on national and European level and President of Bulgarian Patent Office between 2005 and 2011 he participates actively in the processes of establishment, promotion and development of the European system for protection of intellectual property. Since 2011 he is again managing partner in “Manev & Partners”.

Mr. Slavov has a professional experience as a lawyer of over 20 years. He is member of Sofia Bar Association and Central Election Committee for the 38th and 39th National Assembly. He has rich practice in the areas of Competition Law (commercial concentrations, cartels, abuse of monopoly or dominant position, unfair competition), Telecommunications Law, Administrative Law, Public procurement and concessions, legal representation before court and administrative authorities (SAC, CPC and others).
