We are a law firm in the center of Freiburg, near the German / French border and have been established for several decades. Our services are aimed at a local, national and international clientele.
In addition to businesses and individuals, we also advise public corporations and professional associations. We have a reception facility in Zurich (near the railway station), in Geneva and in Bulle.
Our preferred areas of work are commercial law, contract law and business law in general, construction law in private law and public legal terms, liability law, social and private insurance law, administrative law, family and inheritance law.
We provide our services in German, French, English and Italian.

Benoît Morzier is an independent lawyer practising in Switzerland, mainly in the judicial field, as well as in legal advice and arbitration. He uses his experience, his professional and human skills to assist companies and individuals in the resolution of disputes and to anticipate all potential legal problems, with commitment, seriousness and availability.
Profile
Benoît Morzier's practice focuses on civil construction law, economic criminal law, matrimonial law and contract law. Recently, he has started to specialise in space law.
He is also active in several professional and economic promotion associations at regional and Swiss level.
