DR. THOMAS BOLLER
PARTNER

During his postgraduate studies in Virgina, USA, Thomas Boller has built up extensive experience in the legal areas Contract Law, Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2009, Thomas Boller became a partner with BLS Rechtsanwälte, whereupon he is in charge of Contract and Trade Law, Corporate Law and Litigation. In doing so, he legally assists a multitude of clients with an international orientation, many of which are among the market leaders in their line of business. Among his areas of practice are the drafting and revision of contracts of any kind, the provision of legal advice with respect to economic issues, the examination and drafting of documents with respect to Corporate Law and any corresponding transactions, the provision of legal advice pertaining to Labour Law as well as Litigation and Arbitration.

WOLFGANG SCHUBERT
PARTNER

Dr Wolfgang Schubert has been a registered lawyer since 1993. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna and in 1994 became partner at BLS Rechtsanwälte. Dr Schubert is authorised to represent clients in all matters of civil or criminal law and Public Right before all Austrian authorities. He is an expert in civil and criminal matters concerning technical damages or economic disputes especially in regards to the Stock Corporation Act, Liability Companies Act and the Austrian Banking Act. Dr Schubert lectures at the Vienna Stock Exchange and the Vienna University of Economy.
