Welcome
We are delighted to invite you to the heart of beautiful Brussels for the Avrio Advocati Autumn Conference, hosted by our friends at ebl redsky.
Known as the capital of Surrealism, comic books, Art Nouveau, chocolate and beers, as well as being the capital of the European Union, Brussels is the perfect setting to spark fresh ideas, forge stronger connections, and celebrate our shared passion for the law.
This year’s theme – “Law & communication, its subtleties and influence”– will be explored through lively case studies, keynotes and workshops addressing today’s business environment and reflecting on global political and macroeconomic considerations, technological advances, law firm management, client relationships and much more. Over three days, we’ll explore how the right words and messages can build trust, open opportunities, and strengthen reputations in an increasingly interconnected world.
And this year is no ordinary conference – it’s our 20th anniversary. Two decades of Avrio Advocati means two decades of collaboration, cross-border expertise, and friendships that span continents. We’re planning to mark the occasion in style… and we might just have a few surprises up our sleeve to make it unforgettable for all delegates, their colleagues as well as some legends of Avrio Advocati.

- Thursday – arrival and hotel check-in. 7.00 PM welcome reception at ebl redsky offices at Blvd Louis Schmidt 87/4, 1040 Brussels, T: +32 2 737 05 50
- Friday – conference begins at 09:00 and closes at 5.30 PM, followed by aperitifs for guests. 7.30 PM Special gala dinner to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
- Saturday – conference sessions begin at 09.30 and close at 1PM. Various social activities begin at 2.00 PM. 6.30 PM pre-dinner walk in the city centre of Brussels before a dinner at Bouillon Bruxelles.

- 2.30 – 5 .00 PM – Visit EU Parliament
An optional tour of the European Parliament in Brussels for those who arrive early on Thursday 16th October. Admission is free but please reserve your place as spaces are limited.
You will be able to reserve a place when you receive the social activity booking form.
