Rulkin & Partners merged into redsky legal

We are pleased to inform you that, as of July 1st 2018, “Rulkin and Partners” (Belgian member of Avrio Advocati) and a team of the Belgian law firm Everest (including Ms. Luus Hillen, Ms. Coralie Tilleux and Mr. Michel Bolle, their associates and administrative staff) have combined forces to create a new and dynamic law firm: “redsky legal”.

The redsky legal team of five experienced partners and highly specialized associates will continue to focus on Belgian and international matters, including amongst others, the following specializations: corporate, M&A, commercial, dispute resolution, real estate, banking and finance, restructuring and tax law, before expanding further its scope of services.
Our office address and our telephone and fax numbers remain unchanged. Our new personal e-mail address [firstname.lastname@redsky.legal] is effective since July 1st, 2018.

We are very much looking forward to present (some of) our new colleagues at the next Avrio Conference and to continue achieving great things together with all members of Avrio Advocati
